By creating a fundraising campaign on our platform, you agree to the following:

We reserve the right to remove or suspend any campaign that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

5. Donations and Fees

• We charge a 4% fee on all donations made through our platform. This fee is subject to change, and any changes will be posted on our website.
• We take 0% from any tips received. Tips go directly to the campaign creator without any deductions.
• All donations made through our platform are final and non-refundable. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy or legitimacy of any campaign. Donors are responsible for ensuring that they understand and trust the campaigns they support.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Services for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities.
• Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Uploading or sharing content that is offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Interfering with or disrupting the Services or servers or networks connected to the Services.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Services or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Services.
